A ratchet seen from above, where an arrow with an ‘L’ in front of it points to the right and an arrow with an ‘R’ in front of it points to the left. The title refers to a mnemonic: when you want to tighten something, you turn clockwise, whilst you turn couterclockwise when you want to loosen something… and the arrows on the ratchet are a bit confusing in that context.
