A federal judge in Boston ruled for the third time on Friday that the #Trump admin’s plans to restrict #MailVoting are likely #illegal & it should be prevented from implementing them ahead of the #midterms.
Judge Indira Talwani had already temporarily blocked the #USPS from moving forward, in a ruling that was set to expire Sept 10. The new order extends that block indefinitely.
