This is the last lilly of the season that bloomed in our backyard.

Orange flower with gracefully curving petals that are somewhat spaced apart. The petals are orange with some reddish and yellow striping. The petals are more yellow near the center of the flower. In the center of the flower are several long, slender, yellow stalks (the reproductive parts of the flower) extending up into the air, mostly with brown tips. The petals in the front are more sharply in focus, as are the tips of the slender stalks. The petals in the back are more blurry. In the background we see very blurry stems and leaves that are dark green. The photo has a square aspect ratio.
