City sun and country sun.

Two photos featuring the sun in different settings, with different backlit elements in the foreground. In this first photo, the afternoon sun shines in the narrow space between two tall buildings in a Manhattan cityscape, under a blue sky with white clouds. I shot this as I was walking across the Brooklyn Bridge.

The sun in a completely different place, and yet a similar composition as the previous photo. In this image the morning sun shines through the leaves of towering conifer trees under a blue sky with wispy white clouds. Shot in north central Idaho.
