Good Morning, Slim - Caught this heron perched over a section of the Alouette River just past sunrise this morning.

A photograph of a heron, perched atop an old post along the banks of the Alouette River in Pitt Meadows, BC. It is just past sunrise, and early morning mist rolling off of the water is being lit up golden by the sun, silhouetting the bird and post nicely.
