Not a - the red compound eyes make it obvious to a shrewd observer that this is a species of that has evolved to mimic a bee.

A fly of a species that has evolved to mimic bees. The black and yellow carapace is reasonably convincing, but the wings (clearly visible in this shot) and the red compound eyes (true bees have black compound eyes) reveal the truth. It is visiting a small very pale pink flower with two similar flowers also in the picture and greenery forming the background.
