I like slowing down and photographing common things like these utilities, vents, and A/C unit along the streets of the Frenchtown neighborhood.

Last stop before heading home was through and Missouri. I’ve been here a few times and wanted to capture the urban and impoverished side of the city. Places with seedy elements have always fascinated me. It’s a bit depressing to see row after row of empty houses. I wonder what this area looked like 40 years ago. Nonetheless, I find beauty in the vacant things. ✨
