B&W photograph taken sometime in the mid 1980s.

Two young boxers fighting in a boxing ring at the local amateur boxing club. Some spectators are seen on the right, boxers are in the middle of the frame and on the top left a poster of an ongoing boxing match can be seen.

Fortunately, you don’t see this sort of thing any longer at any self-respecting boxing club; No head protection. If I remember correctly, these lads were about 12 or 13 years old.
