I don't do well with crowds. When I couldn't deal with the jostling and general ugh-ness of the tourists vying for position in front of Venus de Milo, I simply went around back and had all the room in the world. And a great view of her tush.

Built in the 1960s, this iconic break-taking building has a grand faรงade of blue-hued columns and arches. It closed down in the 1990s, after the fall of the USSR brought an abrupt end to spa tourism in this region.
