Posta Palomba
A "posta" is an ancient rural structure, often isolated or close to the farmhouses, which served as a shelter for flocks (with sheds and porches) and evolved into buildings for the processing of dairy products and the winter lodging of shepherds during the transhumance, becoming self-sufficient for prolonged periods, connected to the larger complexes of the farmhouses.
