I had dinner in downtown SLO, and it was getting COLD (60 something degrees F, which was cold for my sweaty summer cycling kit). Despite the cold, I had ice cream after dinner because it's my tradition after long bike rides (at least 100 km/62 miles for road cycling, but can be shorter for gravel because it takes more effort per mile, a lot of climbing, or a lot of hike-a-bike). I must have Rocky Road ice cream, because that's what I just rode. I biked + hiked 54 miles that day.
