The ruins of Hopton Castle, Virtually cube shaped remains of the keep, with a large hole in one side. Several small slit like windows can be seen also The remains stand on top of a small grassy mound with hills and trees in the background and a blueish cloudy sky above The same photo but edited with a 'sepia' filter, looking rather dark and moody

The Roman city at Wroxeter, known as Viroconium Cornoviorum started as a settlement that grew up around a Roman Fort near the end of the Watling Street Roman Road.

It's thought to have become the 4th largest Roman settlement in Britain. By the 4th Centry, it was in decline however, and by the 5th the city centre had been abandoned.
