129/365 Am thankful I retired from civil service. Government red tape & inefficiency. :(
In this case it took months for the city to notice the rotted, unsafe wooden planks. Sign and barricades followed over two months ago, but work still hasn't started. Guarantee the project is stuck in contract bidding hell. :(
